What if I've ordered the wrong size? Returns or Exchanges.

We always suggest contacting us prior to ordering if you are unsure of sizing. We can give you exact measurements based upon our current stock. Should you order a vest and it doesn't fit, contact us immediately. We will provide details on how to return it for a better size. Please note, we cannot accept returns of worn or altered items. Exchanges and/or returns require an additional shipping/restocking fee of $10.00. Exchanges are made once we receive your returned item in new, unused condition. Please visit our RETURN POLICY page for more details.

The best way to determine your correct size is to lay out one of your own, comfortable, garments flat and measure side seam to side seam at the waist. Remember to add to the width to accommodate the thickness of your battery and controller. Please reference the size charts under each style's description or images.

How do I use my VAD Wear® Vest?

We will be adding a video soon showing how to wear your VAD Wear® vest. Always wear your vest fully zipped when active. Your controller fits in the smaller front, right or left side pocket on the same side as your drive line. This is the side that your drive line exits your body. The batteries should be placed in the larger, left and right side, rear pockets. Alway keep your lines untangled and free of kinks. Always wear your driveline anchor. Your vest should fit comfortably snug, not tight.
